SLCO1B1 and ApoE Gene Detection Kit is a PCR-based in vitro diagnostic test designed to detect polymorphism of polymorphism of SLCO1B1*1b 388A>G and SLCO1B1*5 521T>C loci of SLCO1B1 gene as well as ApoE2 526C>T and ApoE4 388T>C loci of ApoE gene in whole blood specimens. The detection results of this product only represent the detection results for SLCO1B1 and ApoE genes which can assist doctors to refer to the application dosage and toxic reaction of statins.
