qPCR Technology

qPCR, known as quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction, leverages changes in fluorescence intensity to qualitatively or quantitatively monitor target sequences. ​This technology is a cornerstone in molecular diagnostics, clinical testing, and fundamental biomedical research due to its simplicity, ability to provide both qualitative and quantitative data, and high sensitivity.​ Its broad applications include the diagnosis of infectious diseases, tumor detection, genetic disorder screening, and personalized medicine.

FISH Technique

Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) uses fluorescently labeled specific nucleic acid probes that hybridize with target DNA (or RNA) molecules, allowing for the qualitative detection and spatial localization of sequences within cells or tissues by observing fluorescent signals. Multicolor FISH allows for the simultaneous detection of multiple sequences, making it extensively used in cytogenetics, cancer biology, gene mapping, and prenatal diagnosis.
