Our independently developed and produced “Cell Separation and Staining Integrated Machine” (YZY-D200) has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for in vitro diagnostics, specifically for the separation and staining of cells in blood or body fluid samples prior to analysis.

Circulating Tumor Cell (CTC) detection is an innovative liquid biopsy technology that promotes precision oncology. Compared to invasive tissue biopsies, CTC detection offers the advantage of easily obtainable samples and provides dynamic monitoring information. Additionally, by using live CTCs, it enables the analysis of tumor cell morphology and function in vitro. As a new type of tumor marker, CTCs have been included in multiple clinical guidelines and expert consensus for tumors, making them applicable for the comprehensive monitoring of cancer patients. They hold immense potential and application value in predicting tumor prognosis, monitoring postoperative recurrence and metastasis, evaluating therapeutic efficacy, and aiding in diagnosis.
YZY Medical, based on the compact and portable capture device A10, has developed the automated device Cell Separation and Staining Integrated Machine D200, which integrates CTC enrichment and staining. This truly realizes the full automation of circulating tumor cell separation and staining. The equipment, paired with an ordinary optical microscope, can complete the analysis and generate a report. The D200 device supports the simultaneous and independent processing of 6 samples for blood separation, requiring no manual operation once loaded. This allows for “killing multiple birds with one stone” and incorporates the patented “Nano-Microsieve” technology to achieve “sparse yet thorough.” Through the Cell Separation and Staining Integrated Machine D200, separation and staining of 6 samples can be completed in just 50 minutes, significantly reducing labor costs.

The YZY Medical CTCBIOPSY system, designed from the perspectives of patients and clinicians, focuses on “convenience” and “professionalism.” Based on the differences in physical properties such as size, deformability, and fluid dynamics between CTCs and blood cells, and utilizing our patented Nano-Microsieve technology, we continually strive to make CTC separation and identification easier.
